WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our fulfillment companies are all based in the United States. As our products are made specially for you,  products will usually reach you within 5-10 business days. If the estimated time will be longer we will specify the delivery time on the product page. No matter what, it will be worth the time to get to you.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will notify you through email with the tracking information for your order. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your t-shirt order as long as printing has not begun. You can cancel an order by contacting us at info@fitness-elevated.com. Due to the nature of custom printed merchandise, we do not allow for cancellations after it has gone to production. Other products cannot be canceled as we begin the process as soon as you order.

WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?

We strive for perfection in all we do, but in some cases delays or errors can occur during the production process. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@fitness-elevated.com if you have any questions about your order.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE. WHAT GIVES!?

Occasionally items ship separately depending on the size and availability of the product you ordered. If you order different types of products, they may come from different fulfillment centers and will be packaged separately. Please check your tracking emails for multiple tracking numbers. If there are multiple trackers, you will receive the remainder of your order in a separate package around the same time as your first package. If you only have one tracking number and have not received your entire order, please reach out to us at info@fitness-elevated.com.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

Yes we do! 

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR PRODUCT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED?

You can do so if your order has not yet gone to production. However, some size changes may result in a price difference. Please contact us at info@fitness-elevated.com to make any changes to your order.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE?

If your shipping address is in Colorado, you will be charged an additional sales tax for your purchase. It's the Law. We can't do anything about it.

USPS CONFIRMED DELIVERY OF MY ITEM, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

If your package has not been found or has not been delivered, we suggest that you contact USPS in order to locate the missing/stolen item(s). We are not responsible for: any non-delivery, mis-delivery, theft or other mistake or act in connection with the delivery of your order, when it is confirmed delivered by the shipping tracking number.

HOW DO I VIEW AND PURCHASE DIFFERENT STYLES?

Once you have chosen a design, you will see four drop down boxes available: Style, Size, Quantity, and Color. If there is more than 1 style to choose from, you should be able to select the drop-down and choose the different styles that are available. You should first select your style, followed by your size, quantity, and lastly color. After you have selected for these 4 criteria, you can then proceed to the “Buy It Now” button where you will be redirected to enter shipping and payment information.
